How a transfer works
- 1 Share the details. Route, date, arrival time, flight or train number, passengers and luggage.
- 2 Get a fixed quote. We reply with a per-vehicle price — usually within the hour on WhatsApp.
- 3 We confirm. Driver name, vehicle and meeting point are confirmed the evening before.
- 4 We track the day. Flights and trains are monitored; if you're delayed, the driver adjusts.
- 5 Meet & go. Name board at arrivals for airport and SGR pickups, then straight to your hotel.

Transfer FAQ
Before you book
- Where does the driver wait?
- Airport and SGR pickups: at arrivals with a name board. Hotel pickups: at the reception or gate you confirm. If you can't find the driver, WhatsApp us rather than leaving the point.
- What if my flight or train is delayed?
- Share the flight or train number at booking and we track it — delays are adjusted, not charged.
- Which SGR details do you need?
- The train's scheduled arrival time and ideally the service name or number. Our pickups are timed to it, including buffer for the drive into town.
- Can the same transfer carry our whole group?
- Yes — pricing is per vehicle, so we match the vehicle to your group and luggage. Larger groups get multiple vehicles at a group rate.
- How far ahead should I book?
- A day ahead is usually enough; for SGR arrivals and large groups, earlier is safer. Last-minute requests are still worth a WhatsApp — we answer fast.
