Common questions

How do I pay for my booking?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking, paid by M-Pesa to 0728 538 800 (account name: Amani Mwajungu) or pre-agreed cash. The balance is due before pickup or departure. Always check the number before you send money — payments to unofficial numbers are not valid.
Where do you pick up from?
We pick up from hotels and agreed points across Diani and the South Coast. After you book we send a pickup confirmation with the tour, date, guests, hotel, pickup point and time — please be ready a few minutes early.
Are dolphin or wildlife sightings guaranteed?
No — dolphins, crocodiles and safari animals are wild. We time trips for the best chances, but sightings can never be guaranteed and there is no refund for unseen wildlife.
What about children?
Children aged 0–2 join free, ages 3–10 get KES 1,500 off the adult price, and ages 11+ pay the adult price. This can vary by activity and is always confirmed before you pay.
