- 07:30–08:00 Pickup from Diani/Ukunda and drive to the river jetty.
- 09:30 Ramisi River mangrove cruise — crocodiles and birdlife.
- 11:00 Sandbank stop for swimming and photos (tide-dependent).
- 12:30 Swahili lunch on Funzi Island — seafood or non-seafood, arranged in advance.
- 14:00 Village visit, then cruise back and return to Diani.
